i appreciate the effort and communication that Joey's team put into repairing my 2016 Ford F150. i have 134,000 miles and the heater stopped working. The mechanic tried flushing the heater core out, but was not successful. They recommended replacing the heater core along with several other parts since the entire dash had to be removed. Like everyone else, i am busy and don't want to have one thing fixed and come to find out another part should have been replaced. It was expensive, but very comprehensive. I appreciate the good job that they did and the very good communication. My truck is going to Joey's instead of the Ford place!

I’ve been Gwinette county for over a year and I’ve been to plenty of places for oil changes and other things for my vehicle this was my first time at joeys and omg when I say I never had the most amazing customer service experience in my life from the time I walked in to the time I left the communication was incredible the young lady at the desk was remarkable I don’t think I will be going anywhere else for any of my car services pep boys and Mathis lost me for good
